Phoenix Realty Group: Since its inception, Phoenix Properties has managed its own sales, selling nearly $300 Million of residential properties for its own account; and with $125 Million in the pipeline. As a newly licensed real estate brokerage firm, the Company will be able to expose all of its residential properties through the Multiple Listing Service and all of its commercial properties through the Commercial Alliance, both of which are provided by the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR).

Phoenix Realty Group is also able to expose the Company to available parcels for future development; and the Company has also begun solicit marketing agreements from other developers.
