Phoenix Investment Holdings Group, LLC ("The Phoenix Group") was formed in 2006 to own and manage properties and businesses on behalf of the Company, and to sponsor development transactions for others. The Phoenix Group recognizes the synergy between business finance, business development and business operations, and the heart of The Phoenix Group is to enhance those activities for itself and its clients.

Intersection Las Vegas, LLC and Addiction Recovery Network, affiliated companies, were recently formed by the Phoenix Group as a faith-based recovery program and residential facility.
