Phoenix Properties & Development, LLC ("Phoenix Properties") was created in 2001 to consolidate the activities of its principals and their affiliated companies, which encompass real estate residential development, real estate commercial development, general contracting, real estate sales and business management. Phoenix Properties was founded by Robert and Cheryl Porter as an outgrowth of their real estate consulting business which they formed in 1992, and their home building business which they formed in 1996.

Phoenix Properties understands the synergy between business development, business operations and business finance; and the heart of Phoenix Properties is to enhance those activities for itself and its customers.

The principals of Phoenix Properties have developed nearly 10,000 new homes, developed and managed nearly 1.4 Million square feet of commercial construction, developed and managed a 27 hole golf course and managed over $250 million of sales and closings of owned and managed properties.
