General Contracting: Phoenix Properties and its predecessor have been licensed as general contractors by the Nevada State Contractor’s Board since 1997. Phoenix Properties has acted as general contractor for more than 1,800 residential units, totaling more than 2 Million square feet of residential construction; and more than 1.4 Million square feet of commercial construction.

Historically, the bulk of the Company's general contracting activities have been for its own account; but when the Nevada State Contractor's Board increased the Company's license to unlimited status, based on its exemplary performance, the Company expanded its operations into general contracting for others.

• Phoenix Properties was recently asked to submit a proposal to Circus-Circus Resort Casino to remodel 986 rooms at a cost of nearly $5 Million
• Phoenix Properties was recently asked by We Care Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax exempt ministry organization, to develop and build assisted living facilities for seniors and other "at risk" groups.
• Phoenix Properties was recently asked to submit a proposal to build approximately 1,200 senior and assisted living units on a 36 acre parcel on Russell Road at I-93 which is owned by the YMCA of Southern Nevada.
