Senior Management of the Company are extremely capable Executives with nearly 50 years of combined experience in finance, development and business operation. A summary of the responsibilities of the key executives is provided below, and biographical sketches follow:

ROBERT C. PORTER, as founder and managing member, is primarily responsible for strategic planning, acquisitions, business development and finance. He was originally from Washington, D.C.; graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia; and began his career with the Riggs National Bank in Washington, D.C..

Mr. Porter then joined Mortgage Investors of Washington, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), where he rose to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Porter then joined the National Housing Partnership as Southeast Regional Vice President of housing joint ventures, where he funded and supervised multiple housing projects, producing 600 to 800 units per year.

Mr. Porter then joined Pulte Home Corporation as President of their Arizona Division which he grew to 1,300 closings per year (1,000 per year in Phoenix and 300 per year in Tucson), making it the largest, and one of the most profitable Divisions of Pulte Home Corporation, at that time.

Mr. Porter then became President and Board Member of a subsidiary of SunChase Holdings. SunChase is a Chinese owned company with vast land holdings, timber interests in Malaysia and British Guyana, mining interests in Chile, and computer software and fiber optics companies in the US.

Beazer Homes recruited Mr. Porter as President of their Nevada Division, where he profitably doubled Beazer's market share in Las Vegas, elevating Beazer to the number 5 builder in Las Vegas.

Mr. Porter left Beazer to form American Communities, which he and Cheryl Covey Porter sold in order to focus on Phoenix Properties.

Some non-business highlights of Mr. Porter's distinguished career include:

CHERYL COVEY PORTER, as founder and managing member, is primarily responsible for business development and operations, marketing and product positioning and sales management. She is widely recognized for her talents as a Sales & Marketing Executive. Born and reared in Chicago, Illinois, Ms. Porter attended Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, then began her career in real estate in Chicago.

Pulte Home Corporation recruited Ms. Porter as Vice President of Sales & Marketing in Illinois, then transferred her to the Arizona Division. She was then promoted to Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Pulte's Arizona Division.

Ms. Porter was then named President of Watt Industries/Palm Springs, where she served as Chief Operating Officer, designed and developed a 27 hole golf course; built 1,100 condos, managed the Double Tree Hotel and country club.

Ms. Porter was then named Chief Investment Officer of Nevander Asset Management Company in Newport Beach, California where she managed and disposed of over $100 Million of R.T.C. assets.

Ms. Porter then joined Beazer Homes as Vice President of Sales & Marketing until she and Robert Porter formed American Communities. The Porters sold American Communities in order to form The Phoenix Group.
